Come join the City of Westminster for a month outside during
July to celebrate National Recreation and Parks Month.

Planning months in advance, the committee that organizes the
event looks at current trends and considers community feedback to organize the
month-long event’s activities, according to Kristie Turgeon, administrative
coordinator for the City of Westminster Recreation and Parks.

“We want people to use our parks and experience the programs
we have to see what we bring to the community,” said Turgeon.
