Sept. 5 | Labor Day Indoor Flea Market
Carroll County Agriculture Center, 706 Agricultural Center Drive, Westminster.  200+ spaces of crafts, flea market items, collectibles, and more. Food available all day. 410-848-6704
Sept. 10-13 | Steam Show Days
Carroll County Farm Museum, 500 South Center Street, Westminster. The Mason Dixon Historical Society presents antique farm machinery, steam and gas engines, and antique cars on display. Huge flea market. Food for sale. Museum open.  800-654-4645
Sept. 10-13 | Annual Taneytown Family Fun Days
Memorial Park, Taneytown. Thurs.; Fri.; Sat.; and Sun. Carnival rides, midway games, entertainment, fireworks on Friday, car show on Saturday, arts and crafts, petting zoo, and pony rides. 410-756-2688
Sept. 12 | Bluegrass Double Feature
Carroll Arts Center, 91 West Main Street, Westminster. 7pm.
Local favorites, Set Free and Iron Ridge, will take the stage in this "double header" evening of toe-tapping traditional bluegrass. 410-848-7272
Sept. 12 | Sykesville Harvest Festival
Sykesville Main Street.  9am – 5pm.A new twist on an old classic, join us for our first ever Harvest Festival featuring apple-themed activities, great food and vendors, and fun for the whole family in beautiful, historic downtown Sykesville. 410-795-9184
Sept. 12 | Antiques & Collectibles Appraisal Day
Grace Hall, Grace Lutheran Church, 21 Carroll Street, Westminster.  10am - 4pm.
Bring your treasurers!  Experienced appraisers of antiques and collectibles will tell you more about the history of your items and how much they may be worth.  Proceeds benefit the Historical Society of Carroll County.  410-848-6494
Sept. 18 "The Imitation Game"
Carroll Arts Center, 91 West Main Street, Westminster.  1pm & 7:30pm.Film Lovers in Carroll County (FLICC) has chosen the 2014 historical thriller film "The Imitation Game" to be screened.  This film was nominated in eight categories at the 87th Academy Awards and garnered five nominations in the 72nd Golden Globe Awards. Sept. 5, 12, 19, 26 | Downtown Westminster Farmers' MarketConaway Parking Lot, Rt. 27 and Railroad Ave., Westminster. 8am - 12pm.The Saturday morning market is the oldest "Producer Only," open air, seasonal farmers' market operating in Carroll County, Maryland. Offering farm fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, meats, cheeses, baked goods, jams & jellies, and plants. 410-848-9000

Baldwin's Drive by the Fountain Park, Sykesville.  9am – 2pm.

Fresh produce, meats, eggs, cheese, herbs, honey, nuts, pickles, baked goods, crafts jewelry and more.  Live music most weekends. 410-795-8959

Sept. 19 & 20 | The Maryland Wine Festival®
Carroll County Farm Museum, 500 South Center Street, Westminster.
Sat., 10am - 6pm; Sun., 11pm - 6pm.
Maryland Wine Festival features tasting of Maryland wines, wine seminars, continuous on-stage entertainment, crafts and a variety of delicious cuisine for sale. Free handicapped-accessible shuttle service. Farmhouse tours. Living History Center, exhibit buildings, and Museum Gift Shop open. Adults 21 and older must provide I.D. Sept. 21-26 | History 101
Historic Downtown Mt. Airy Mainstreet.  9am – 9pm.
Speakers and historic programs focusing on Mount Airy, Civil War, and regional history. On Saturday afternoon long time residents relive Mt. Airy way back when. Visit our website and facebook page for details. Detailed schedule on MAMSA website with topics, times and locations. 301-829-8300
Sept. 24-27 | Westminster FallFest
Historic Downtown Westminster and Westminster City Park.
Thur. & Fri., 6pm – 10pm; Sat., 10am – 10pm; Sun., 12 Noon – 6pm.

Parade along Main Street and Pennsylvania Avenue in historic downtown Westminster on Thursday at 7pm.  Bring your entire family to enjoy the amusement rides. More than 100 vendors are open each year on Saturday and Sunday of Fallfest. Shopping, dining and entertainment. 410-751-5501
Sept. 25 - Nov. 1 | 2015 Carroll County Corn MAZE
Carroll County Ag Center, 706 Agriculture Center Drive, Westminster.

Sept. 26 | 10th Annual Maryland Microbrewery Festival
Union Mills Homestead and Grist Mill, 3311 Littlestown Pike, Westminster.
11am – 7pm.
This fun-packed festival will celebrate and promote the best of Maryland's handcrafted and distinctive microbrews. 19 Breweries with dozens of types of beer.  Food, vendors and continuous music. 410-848-2288 

Sept. 26 | Mt. Airy Fall Annual Yard Sale
Mount Airy Activities Grounds.  8am – 3pm
Largest yard sale and flea market in the area with over 300 vendors. There are items to interest everyone. Food provided by the Mount Airy Lions Club, including homemade crab cakes and funnel cakes. Come and join us. Pick up an item or two and enjoy breakfast or lunch while shopping. 301-829-5466
