This image shows Main Street Westminster MD after a heavy snowfall. I do not recall where I got this image… I have always thought that renowned Westminster photographer Charles Magee took the photo after a heavy snowfall in 1946, but this is only hypothecation and in the end, I do not know the year or the photographer.
