Obituary for Mr. Lanny Everett Holcombe

Lanny E. Holcombe age 67 of Baltimore Lanny Everett Holcombe, 67 of Baltimore, died Friday, August 12, 2011 at Howard County General Hospital in Columbia with family by his side. Born June 22, 1944 in Iowa, he was the son of Everett Holcombe of Baltimore and the late LaVon Holcombe. 

He was the devoted husband of Tokiko Holcombe.

He was a retired Maryland State Trooper and former Investigator for the Carroll County State's Attorney's office. Surviving in addition to his wife and father are daughter and son-in-law Dawn and Chad Deakins of Marietta, GA, son and daughter-in-law Chris and Michele Holcombe of Sykesville, brother Kent Holcombe of Abingdon, sister Jennifer Lanier of Seaford, DE, and grandchildren Skylar Deakins, Everett Holcombe, Alexa Deakins, and Natalie Holcombe.

A memorial service with reception immediately following, will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2011 at 7:00 pm at The Westminster Riding Club, 366 N. Colonial Ave., Westminster.
