Five athletes and coaches who made a name for themselves on the fields of Carroll County were inducted this month into the Carroll County Sports Hall of Fame.
Sponsored by the Westminster Rotary Club, this year's induction ceremony was held April 13 at Carroll Community College, where the Hall of Fame is located.
This year class included stars of baseball, football, basketball, lacrosse, track and field and other sports, playing or coaching Owls, Cardinals, Cavaliers, Panthers Eagles — and even an Amarillo Dilla.
