The Westminster Municipal Band 6th Annual Community Concert
The Westminster Municipal Band 6th Annual Community Concert, "Sounds of the Season." Monday, Nov. 26, 2018, at the Carroll Arts Center, Westminster, MD. It was a great concert to help start the holiday season.
