Walter Pete Groomes, Kevin Earl Dayhoff, Caroline Babylon, and Melissa Babylon Cimbala laid a wreath at the Carroll County Vietnam Memorial today for all our friends who guaranteed that we could enjoy the holidays – but can no longer be with us.
