Rest easy Capt. Josh Laird - The Westminster Fire Engine and Hose Co. No. 1 sends our heartfelt condolences to the Brothers and Sisters of the Frederick County Fire & Rescue Department on passing of Captain Josh Laird, who gave his life in the line of duty while fighting a house fire 11August2021. Brother Laird was injured on a house fire in Ijamsville and later succumbed to his injuries sustained at the fire.
